Your new role
This position will suit an experienced procurement professional who is confident managing end-to-end procurement activities and working closely with project teams.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing procurement activities.
• Developing, issuing and administering RFQs and other sourcing activities.
• Preparing evaluation plans, evaluation reports, recommendations and procurement documentation.
• Drafting, reviewing and managing contract documentation.
• Providing procurement advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated procurement experience within Queensland Government, broader public sector, university, local government or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes and procurement governance requirements.
• Experience managing RFQs, evaluations, negotiations and contract administration activities.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
