About the role Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with key contacts across an assigned customer portfolio. You will plan a regular call cycle, present relevant product and sales offers and focus your time where it can deliver the strongest commercial return. Key responsibilities Manage and grow relationships across an assigned portfolio of key accounts; Maintain regular customer contact through a structured call and visit cycle; Present relevant product ranges, services and sales offers to customers; Identify opportunities to increase account value and expand product penetration; and Develop new business while strengthening existing commercial relationships. About you Experience in account management or business-to-business sales; Track record of growing existing accounts and developing profitable new business; Experience in catering equipment, foodservice, FMCG or a related wholesale market; Strong relationship building, communication, negotiation and influencing skills; and The ability to plan customer visits, manage competing priorities and work independently.
