Accounts Administrator | Brisbane City | 2-month temp role

Your new company:One of Australias top ASX-listed companies is seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Administrator to join their driven team on a full-time temporary basis for 2-months however could potentially extend by a few more months. This role will be based in their corporate offices which are based in Brisbane Inner City. The office is located close to various public transport options in the City.
Your new role:You will report to a supportive Financial Controller where you will be responsible for the following:

• High volume invoice processing
• Preparing and processing payments
• Resolve any supplier queries via phone and email
• Reconcile supplier accounts
• Assisting with financial reports and reconciliations
• Liaise with various key stakeholders and suppliers

What youll need to succeed:In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• Experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within the commercial sector
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available to commence immediately
