$75K–$85K + Super
A broader, largely autonomous finance role with an established Freight Forwarder.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Collections & month-end reporting
- Reconciliations & foreign currency
- Liaising with external accountant
- Finance & general office coordination
- Financial analysis and identifying trends
Experience & Skills
- Previous Freight Forwarding experience essential
- Cargowise experience essential
- Strong AR & AP experience
- Good understanding of month-end processes
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
Accounts Receivable & Administration Officer
$65K–$75K + Super
A great opportunity for someone with a few years' AR experience looking for a stable, hands-on role.

- General office administration
- Strong Excel & systems skills
Experience & Skills
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
