About the Role
At CTM, our Accounts Payable Team are responsible for overseeing and contributing to timely processing of payments and reconciliations relating to our clients travel expenditure. About You
Our ideal candidate has an Accounts background and is looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll display a high level of attention to detail, are adaptable in a fast paced industry and thrives in a collaborative environment. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Leader, you must be able to communicate in an efficient yet friendly manner with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

  • Knowledge of SAP accounting system an advantage but not essential
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Excel)
  • Accurate data entry and numeracy skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management skills to meet assigned schedules and deadlines
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Working knowledge of GST legislation
