We are currently seeking a full-time Air-conditioning Mechanic to join our team. Job responsibilities
- Installing single split, multi-head, bulkhead, cassette, ducted and VRF air conditioning systems.
- Installing HVAC equipment from manufacturers including Daikin, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Samsung, Midea, Rinnai and Panasonic.
- Installing refrigerant copper pipework, insulation and condensate drainage systems, including drilling holes, installing mounting brackets, and cutting and bending copper pipework.
- Performing copper brazing, pressure testing and vacuum evacuation.
- Performing refrigerant charging, leak testing and system commissioning.
- Installing ductwork, grilles, diffusers and ventilation components.
- Completing electrical power and control wiring connections and testing and adjusting system controls during commissioning of air-conditioning equipment.
- Testing system operation and ensuring correct performance after installation.
- Performing fault finding, repairs and rectification works, including replacing defective components where required.
- Servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems to ensure reliable operation.
- Reading installation drawings and following project specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Australian Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
What we offer
- Salary: $79,000 - $80,000 per year, plus superannuation

- Proven experience as an Air-conditioning Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Problem-solving ability, with a high level of attention to detail.
