WA HVAC are a medium sized, well established company specialising in the mining and resource sector. Our company is Perth based, with some FIFO opportunities.
Employment Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, including fresh air ducted systems, dust extraction systems, refrigeration systems and pressure control systems for critical mine-site buildings
- Refurbishment of HVAC systems, including fresh air ducted systems, dust extraction systems, and pressure control systems for critical mine-site buildings
- Carry out maintenance and service work on various HVAC equipment
- Fault finding, diagnostics and breakdown repairs
- Maintain compliance with HSE procedures and site safety standards while ensuring high-quality work
Skills, experience and qualifications: Certificate III including at least one (1) year of relevant experience
Licenses
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- WA Restricted Electrical Licence
- Western Australian Drivers Licence
- Construction Induction Card
- Working @ Heights (completed within the last 2 years)
Desirable
- High Risk Licence EWP
- FMG and RTIO inducted a bonus
- Ability to work in a team environment and also be able to use initiative whilst working independently
- Experience in Pilbara a huge advantage
- Able to pass a full Pre-employment Medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol screen, including random testing onsite
