- Lead and deliver multi-residential projects from DA stage, with scope to work on community, sports and public infrastructure projects.
- Prepare architectural design and documentation using ArchiCAD and Rhino, and coordinate with external consultants.
- Bring strong documentation, Australian building-code knowledge, design judgement and communication skills to a collaborative studio.

A smaller collaborative studio is looking for an Architect with good all-round project skills and particularly good skills in documentation from DA stage. The focus of the role will initially be on Multi-Residential projects, with scope to move onto Community, Sports, and Public Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the design team and directors
- Run own project from DA stage
- Design and documentation in ArchiCAD and Rhino
- Coordinate with external consultants
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in varied projects at a high-quality design studio
- Strong knowledge of documentation across stages
- Excellent understanding of BCA and relevant construction-based Australian Standards and Building Codes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient ArchiCAD skills ideally, but not essential
- Sound ability with graphic presentation software and a good design eye
