Step into a newly created Area Manager role with an iconic fashion brand, where your leadership, commercial mindset and ability to develop people will make a real impact. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll be out in stores, supporting Store Managers, building high-performing teams and driving performance across NSW.
About the role You'll be the key link between the stores and District Manager, providing leadership, coaching and operational support across your area. You'll spend plenty of time in stores, building relationships with teams, developing Store Managers and identifying opportunities to drive performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams
- Drive sales, KPIs, productivity and commercial performance
- Provide hands on operational support across stores
- Visit stores regularly to build relationships and drive consistency
- Support recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day leadership across the area
- Build team capability, engagement and performance
- Ensure strong operational, customer and brand standards
About you
You're a confident retail leader who enjoys being close to the action. You're commercially minded, people-focused and comfortable working across multiple locations. You know how to bring people with you, create accountability and get the best out of your teams.
Essential skills & experience:
- Strong multi-site retail leadership experience
- Fashion, footwear or premium retail experience
- Proven ability to coach and develop Store Managers
- Strong understanding of KPIs and commercial performance
- Hands-on and operationally strong
- Comfortable working across multiple locations
- Passionate about people, performance and great retail
