Assembly Line Leader

1. Monday to Friday 6am - 2:00pm

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly Line Leader to join a busy operation based in Dandenong South. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring a high level of attention to detail and proven knowledge of cabinet making or furniture making with timber.

The role will include:

1. Operating a 3-axis CNC machine.
2. Supporting and guiding the team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
3. Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional worksite.
4. Communicating clearly with management regarding progress, issues, and potential risks.
5. Working collaboratively to meet production deadlines and targets.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

1. Cabinet making or furniture making experience (essential).
2. PPE, including high-visibility vest and steel-capped footwear.
3. Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
4. Full work rights and availability to work Monday to Friday.
5. A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence for travel to and from work.
