We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a passionate and experienced Assistantย Centre Manager to join Kids Academy Darra and lead a dedicated team of educators in delivering exceptional early education and care.

About the Role

As Assistant Centre Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial performance.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of educators and teachers.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community to support enrolments and occupancy growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement in line with the National Quality Standards.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence.
  • Champion a safe, inclusive and child-focused environment.

About You

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role within early childhood education.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Strong understanding of compliance, child safety and the National Quality Framework.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build relationships and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
