Omni Recruit is working with a wing restaurant on King Street, Newtown, Sydney's most colourful strip, and the crowd is as loud, loyal and hungry as you'd expect. We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with energy and heart to help lead the team and keep the good times rolling.

What you'll be doing

• Running shifts as the Restaurant Manager's right hand, and leading when they're off

• 👥 Creating a team culture people want to stay for: rostering, training and coaching

• Managing stock, ordering, wastage and cash handling

• ❤️ Turning guest feedback, in venue and online, into better service

• Running bookings, birthdays, big groups and events

• Keeping food safety, WHS and compliance on point

• 💡 Bringing fresh ideas to drive sales and lift the vibe

What you'll bring

• Supervisor or assistant manager experience in a busy venue

• A people-first leader who can stay calm when King Street's at full volume

• Confident with POS, ordering platforms, email and Excel

• 📋 A current NSW RSA and First Aid certificate

• Full Australian work rights
