We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our Bondi House store. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed.

About You
You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC)
You are confident, customer-focused, and commercially minded
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You enjoy developing and motivating a team
You take ownership, lead by example, and care about high standards
