An established private wealth business is seeking an Associate Adviser to join its advice team and work closely with a Partner Adviser.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Services Officer, paraplanner or advice professional who is ready to broaden their technical capability, develop stronger client relationships and progress towards a career as a Financial Adviser.

You will support the delivery of tailored financial advice to clients while working alongside an experienced adviser who is committed to developing your skills and supporting your long-term career progression.

The business takes a considered, client-focused approach to wealth management, with financial plans built around each client’s individual goals, circumstances and future objectives. It operates under its own Australian Financial Services Licence and places a strong emphasis on high-quality advice and professional standards.

What’s on offer

This role offers a salary of up to $100,000 plus superannuation, along with direct support and mentoring from a Partner Adviser. You will research financial strategies and products, assist with advice documentation and recommendations, maintain accurate client records, and work closely with the paraplanning and client service teams. Managing deadlines, prioritising tasks and developing your technical knowledge will be important parts of the role.
