About the role:
- Advise private and public sector clients on complex environment and planning matters, including large-scale developments and regulatory approvals
- Represent clients in VCAT, Planning Panels, and Supreme Court proceedings
- Navigate complex approval processes and provide strategic guidance on planning and environmental compliance
- Support a specialist legal team on high-impact projects across the property, renewables, and resource sectors
The ideal candidate:
- Associate to Senior Associate (3+PQE in Environment and Planning Law)
- Relevant law degree with good academics
- Admission to practice and full working rights in Australia
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
