ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
A Specialist Finance organisation requires a Banking & Lending Associate with a flair for Client Relations to join their Financial Services team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Ensuring superior levels of service to our specialist clients with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Maintaining a high benchmark in service delivery by phone and email to new and legacy clients
- Strong knowledge of banking and lending practices with a focus on compliance, regulation and internal procedures.
- Sound knowledge of Lending process not limited to processing drawdowns, settlements, rate adjustments and loan management
- Develop a strong level of product knowledge for all products and services with the ability to articulate your knowledge to Clients.
- Preparation and processing of corporate cards, merchant facilities and bank guarantee applications for assessment by the approving manager.
- Quality Control and management of client registers, internal databases and investor data.
- Typical functions include Processing withdrawals/deposits, Opening/Closing Loans, setup of sweep accounts and Payment Investigations
- Vigilance across AML and KYC risks – requiring strong Attention to Detail with a focus of the role being alertness to potential frauds
ABOUT YOU
- Banking & Lending experience in a client focused and service position involving both Retail and Business Organisations.
- Excellent Client Relationship skills including the personality address sensitive issues and relationships with tact and care
- Sound knowledge of the financial services industry with enthusiasm to learn about regulatory and compliance landscape
- Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change with a willingness to work in a cohesive team environment
