The Role

As Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of the venue's bar operations, overseeing service standards, team leadership, stock control, and beverage execution. Working closely with senior management, you will drive a high-performing culture while ensuring guests enjoy exceptional experiences every visit. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the front.
Skills & Attributes

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Bar Manager or senior supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and beverage service
• Proven ability to lead, train and develop hospitality teams
• Experience managing stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
