    About the role:

    We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our client's growing team in a full-time or part-time capacity, with contractor opportunities also available.

    This is a community-based NDIS role where you’ll work with a diverse caseload ranging from paediatric through to seniors. You’ll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with participants, their families and support networks while delivering high-quality, evidence-based positive behaviour support.

    You’ll be supported with a managed caseload, structured onboarding, regular discipline-specific supervision and ongoing mentoring, allowing you to build confidence and establish a sustainable caseload.

    About You:

    • 1–2+ years of experience in behaviour support, positive behaviour support, disability or a related field
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or a related discipline
    • Experience working within the NDIS environment is highly desirable
    • Strong understanding of positive behaviour support principles and person-centred practice
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with participants, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills
    • A genuine passion for supporting people with disability to achieve their goals
    • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the community
