About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, writing behavioural support plans and programmes, assisting with the implementation of plans and supervision of other practitioners. The work is based on the principles of Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS) and Positive Behaviour Support for children and adults in the home, community, and school/workplace settings.

  • Deliver behavioural interventions and clinical recommendations
  • Support families, support workers and stakeholders to implement strategies
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and NDIS-compliant reporting

Are you an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner looking for flexibility, clinical support and genuine career growth? Join our Brisbane team in a full-time or part-time hybrid role. Ideally, you'll be based in a location that allows you to comfortably service clients across Brisbane's southern and south-east regions, including Woolloongabba, Carina, and Springfield. We're also open to considering other locations for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Behaviour Analyst, Behaviour Therapist or similar discipline
  • Current NDIS Practitioner ID 
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Passion for achieving meaningful outcomes for people with disability
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and working within the MEBS model.
  • A postgraduate qualification related to Positive Behaviour Support or behaviour analysis will be highly regarded
