BGIS is seeking a University Graduate to join us as an Innovation Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for an engineering/property graduate to launch your career with a leading global organisation, driving big ideas, continuous improvement, and real-world solutions that make a difference for our clients—and the environment.
As the Innovation Specialist, you’ll report directly to the Head of Innovation. You will:

•    Work with our teams to develop innovative solutions to our client’s challenges. 
•    Oversee BGIS’ innovation platforms, ensuring engagement and impactful outcomes across the business.
•    Contribute to initiatives that support environmental sustainability and align with BGIS’ commitment to reducing our environmental footprint.
•    Share insights and progress with internal and external stakeholders through quarterly forums and meetings.
•    Transform ideas into actionable solutions by conducting research, analysis, and leading projects through implementation.

What We’re Looking For

•    A recent university graduate in a relevant field (e.g. engineering - civil, electrical and mechanical plus innovation management)..
•    A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and process improvement.
•    A strong commitment to environmental sustainability and creating impactful solutions.
•    Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
•    A self-starter mindset, ready to take on challenges and deliver results.
