Bookkeeper/Accounts Officer
- Support the finance team as a Bookkeeper/Accounts Officer for a temporary assignment.

Temporary part time Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer (3–4 Months) | Thomastown | Onsite | ASAP Start Onsite | $40–$42 per hour + super
An established business located in Thomastown is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to support the finance team on a 3–4 month temporary assignment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can start ASAP and confidently manage core transactional duties.
The role
Reporting into the finance function, your responsibilities will include:
- Inputting sales invoices
- Invoicing and billing support
- Bank reconciliations
- General accounts administration as required
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer position
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong system skills and confidence picking up new processes quickly
- QuickBooks experience (highly regarded)
