Branch Manager

We have partnered with a well-established and growing organisation within the building products and trade supply sector to recruit an experienced Branch Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a branch operation, manage a team, and play a key role in delivering operational and customer-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of branch performance, including P&L, budgets, sales targets, and operational KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure a strong health and safety culture and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee daily branch and logistics warehouse operations, including stock, inventory, and dispatch.
- Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships while driving service excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and overall branch performance.
About You
- Proven experience managing a branch, warehouse, or distribution operation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Commercially focused with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance outcomes.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience within building products, trade supply, manufacturing, or logistics preferred.
- Strong commitment to health and safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
