What You'll Do: 

• Lead and evolve brand strategy, voice, and positioning
• Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and print
• Manage all digital channels (website, social media, paid ads, email)
• Drive lead generation and campaign performance
• Oversee premium property marketing campaigns from concept to launch
• Direct content creation (video, social, editorial, photography)
• Collaborate with agents to elevate listings and presentation
• Analyse performance and optimise results across all channels

What You Bring:

• Strong creative flair with a passion for brand and storytelling
• Proven experience running campaigns and long-term marketing projects
• A data-driven mindset with knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, ads)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
