Estimator / Supervisor - Wagga Wagga | $90,000 - $110,000 + Profit Share + Vehicle
Are you a sharp, organised building professional ready to step off the tools and into a leadership role? Evolve Talent is seeking an Estimator / Supervisor in Wagga to scope, quote and manage a diverse mix of projects, from insurance repairs to residential renovations and improvements.
This is a genuine career step: you'll own projects from first inspection to final handover, with mentorship, profit share and real room to grow.
The Role
- Estimate & Quote: Conduct site inspections and measure-ups, prepare detailed scopes of work, and produce accurate, competitive quotes for insurance and residential jobs.
- Supervise & Deliver: Schedule and coordinate trades, manage materials and timelines, and oversee quality from start to finish.
- Manage Clients & Stakeholders: Be the main point of contact for homeowners, insurers and assessors, keeping everyone informed and satisfied.
- Control Budgets: Track costs against estimates, manage variations, and keep projects on time and on budget.
- Lead On Site: Ensure work meets WHS standards and building codes, and support and guide tradespeople and apprentices.

About You
- A background in carpentry, building or a related trade, or experience in estimating, project coordination or insurance building work.
- Confident reading plans, measuring up and pricing labour and materials.
- Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple jobs and deadlines.
- A clear, professional communicator with clients, trades and insurers.
- Proud of quality outcomes and keen to grow into a senior role.
Requirements
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Solid computer skills (experience with estimating or job-management software is a bonus)
- Insurance building repair experience is highly regarded but not essential
