An opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Manager to join a well-established building management provider overseeing a premium asset in Sydney CBD.

This role would suit someone with previous experience managing residential buildings who enjoys a hands-on position with strong stakeholder interaction and day-to-day operational oversight.

The Opportunity

Working onsite, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation and presentation of the building, managing contractors, coordinating maintenance works and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the asset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily building operations and maintenance coordination
• Managing contractors and service providers onsite
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring presentation standards are maintained
• Responding to tenant and stakeholder requests in a professional manner
• Monitoring compliance, essential services and WHS requirements
• Assisting with budgeting and reporting where required

About You

• Previous experience in a Building Manager, Facilities Coordinator or similar role
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of building operations and maintenance processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive and hands-on approach to site management
