We are currently seeking experienced Relief Building Managers for two short-term opportunities across Sydney.

These positions are ideal for an experienced Building Manager looking for a short-term contract, or someone available to provide immediate cover while permanent management arrangements are in place.

Position 1: 
Location: Surry Hills

• Relief Building Manager
• 1–2 month contract
• Up to $45 per hour + Super
• Immediate/near-immediate start
• Supporting the day-to-day management of the building

Position 2: 
Location: Sydney CBD

• Relief Building Manager
• 1–2 month contract
• Up to $45 per hour + Super
• Immediate/near-immediate start
• Providing hands-on building management and operational support

About the Roles

Working as part of an established property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the buildings are well maintained and running smoothly throughout the relief period.

Key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day building management and operations
• Managing contractors and maintenance requests
• Conducting regular building inspections
• Responding to resident and Owners Corporation enquiries
• Monitoring the presentation and cleanliness of common areas
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with contractors and service providers
• Assisting with essential services and compliance requirements
• Reporting maintenance issues and following up outstanding works
• Providing a high level of service to residents and stakeholders

About You

We are looking for Building Managers who can hit the ground running and confidently take ownership of a building during the relief period.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous Building Management experience
• Strong knowledge of residential building operations
• Excellent contractor and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently
• A proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving
• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
• Availability for a 1–2 month contract
