Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial construction working for either a main contractor or a specialised M&E subcontractor.
• Tertiary qualifications in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, stakeholder management and project delivery
• A proven track record of successfully working on complex, construction projects such as hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, datacentre, retail or the like.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
