Bus Driver

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 42 residential aged care homes, in-home support services and retirement living across WA, NSW, Qld and ACT. The exciting opportunity:

• Casual role with shifts available Monday – Friday between 10am and 3pm
• Take the people receiving our aged care services in Kiama on enjoyable and safe outings
• Safely operate our bus, adhering to road rules, company policies and health and safety regulations
• Assist clients with boarding and disembarking the vehicle, including those with mobility aids and wheelchairs
• Provide courteous, compassionate, and respectful customer service
• Perform daily safety checks and routine maintenance inspections of the vehicle; report any mechanical issues promptly
• Support care staff during group outings or excursions

About you:

• Previous experience driving a bus or coach

• Valid Light Rigid (LR) driver’s licence

• Empathetic, caring, flexible, customer service focused and strong communication skills

• Working rights in Australia
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
