KEY POINTS WE FOUND
  • Drive change in health, beauty, and wellness through business analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve B2B customer service capabilities.
  • Lead delivery of initiatives from ideation to completion.

At Wesfarmers Health we strive to make health, beauty and wellness experiences simpler, more affordable and easier to access for all Australians.

Our portfolio includes well-known names like Priceline, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, as well as our MediAesthetics brands - Clear Skincare Clinics and SILK Laser Clinics. In the digital space, we’re proud to have SISU Health and InstantScripts—and most recently, we’ve launched our newest retail beauty stores, atomica.

About us:

What began in 1910 as a small co-operative of just three pharmacies has grown into Wesfarmers Health—a leading Australian organisation in health, beauty, and wellness.

Today, Wesfarmers Health proudly employs over 3,600 team members, all committed to delivering accessible, innovative, and trusted health and beauty services to Australians nationwide, across retail, medi-aesthetics, digital health, and wholesale and supply chain operations.

What you’ll do:

Are you ready to drive real change in health, beauty, and wellness? We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Technology team supporting the Wholesale, Pharmacy & Merchandise business divisions.

Join us at the heart of Wesfarmers Health's transformation -- supporting a broad portfolio where your work will directly touch millions of customer interactions and one of the largest supply chains in the country. Your remit will be across the B2B CX space, Wholesale Business Development, B2B Pharmacy, Inventory and Merchandise divisions.

Initially, you will be part of reimagining our B2B customer service capability from the ground up, exploring next-generation, AI-powered platforms and drawing on proven group success stories, as we build something genuinely transformative, not just another system replacement.

This is not a portfolio where you will be buried in documentation – it is one where your insight shapes commercial outcomes, influences senior stakeholders, and builds the kind of end-to-end delivery and problem-solving experience that defines a great BA. You’ll be well supported as you learn the business and operating market.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Analysing and documenting business processes and system requirements for small to large initiatives
  • Delivery lead across ideation through to initiation, ensuring the right initiatives are delivered at the right time
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, business units, and vendors
  • Facilitating workshops, communicating technical matters, and contributing to projects from ideation to completion
  • Continuously improving business analysis practices and supporting the Technology Roadmap
  • Ensuring technology change impacts of projects are assessed, liaising with internal teams to coordinate change activities and testing in related systems
  • Balancing operational support with project work

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis
  • Delivery Management exposure, helping shape solution ideation to intake, and guiding through governance and estimation to initiation
  • A strong innate desire to “make things better” by proactively seeing opportunity to refine and create efficiencies, with the end-customer in mind and leveraging AI appropriately
  • Ability to respond to fast-paced scenarios and decision makers
  • Proven experience with translating discovery and designs into business requirements, partnering with key stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate with design, product and engineering to facilitate requirements and estimation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with resources from various IT disciplines, such as engineering, infrastructure, security, architecture, and data
  • Experience facilitating workshops, supporting training, and transitioning to support teams
  • Ability to identify risks and issues early, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies or escalate accordingly
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively depending on the work at hand
  • Proficient with collaboration tools, including SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence
  • Exposure working with outsourced support partners (including offshore resources)

What sets you apart:

  • Exposure to wholesale/B2B environments, particularly FMCG/Pharmacy/Online
  • Working understanding of the wholesale product cycle from inbound to outbound
  • Proven Delivery Management experience
  • Experience with B2B digital products/channels
  • Pharmacy/Retail store operational knowledge
  • Experience working with ERP, eCommerce, CRM and Demand/Forecasting (ideally SAP)
  • Working knowledge of Anaplan, Blue Yonder, AWS, Integration, Data/Reporting and AI
  • Relevant experience working across both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • PRINCE2 or similar project management methodology training
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Why us?

  • Access to employee benefits across Wesfarmers including team member discounts at Bunnings, Kmart, Target, Officeworks, OnePass, Priceline, atomica, Clear Skincare Clinics and Instant Scripts
  • Ongoing professional development and career opportunities across the Wesfarmers Health Division and the broader Wesfarmers Group
