Business Central Finance Consultant

• circa $800 - $1000 per day + Super
• 3-6 Months Initial Day rate contract with scope for permanency

Your new company:

This organisation is a well-established, large-scale manufacturing business with a national footprint and complex operations. With multiple sites and a fast-moving supply chain, finance and systems performance are critical to keeping everything running smoothly. They’re investing heavily in their ERP landscape and need an experienced contractor to lead from the front.

Your new position:
You’ll step in as the go-to Finance Systems specialist, owning the optimisation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the finance function. Acting as the bridge between Finance and IT, you’ll translate business needs into system improvements, drive implementation activity, and ensure the platform is delivering accurate, reliable reporting for leadership.

Key focus areas include:

• Leading Business Central D365 implementation and enhancements
• Partnering with Finance stakeholders to map processes and improve workflows
• Supporting integrations, data migration and system configuration
• Troubleshooting issues and providing hands-on functional support
• Driving reporting, controls and best-practice system use across the business

About you:

• Proven Business Central / D365 implementation experience
• Background working within large manufacturing or complex operational environments
• Strong finance process knowledge (GL, reporting, controls, month-end)
• Confident liaising between technical teams and finance stakeholders
• Available for an immediate day-rate contract

This is a 3–6 month day-rate engagement with genuine scope to extend or convert permanent for the right person.
