We’re working exclusively with a well-established specialist in property restoration and surface solutions, known for delivering high-quality results across the residential property sector.
Due to continued growth and expansion into other states, they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a small, supportive team and take ownership of lead generation and a portfolio of smaller accounts across Perth.
This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager or BDM from the property management space who understands how real estate agencies operate but is ready to transition out of traditional property management while remaining closely connected to the industry.
The Opportunity Working closely with the existing BDM, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with real estate agencies across both the North and South of the River.
The current BDM will continue managing many of the larger, long-standing accounts, allowing you to focus on:
- Generating new business and developing your own pipeline
- Building relationships with real estate agencies and property management teams
- Managing and growing smaller accounts
- Identifying new opportunities within existing agency relationships
- Becoming a trusted point of contact for your clients
- Growing your territory as the business expands nationally
- Working autonomously and managing your own schedule
There is plenty of scope to make the role your own, with the flexibility to structure your days around your clients and opportunities rather than being tied to a traditional 9–5 schedule.
About You
We’re particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience as a:
- Property Manager looking to transition into a commercial BDM role
- Business Development Manager within residential property management
- BDM, Property Manager or similar professional with strong agency relationships
You’ll be someone who is naturally relationship-driven, personable and confident, with the ability to open doors, generate conversations and turn those relationships into business.
You don't necessarily need experience in this specific industry — your understanding of real estate agencies and your ability to build relationships is what matters most.
