Are you an experienced Buyers Agent looking for your next opportunity, or a high-performing Residential Sales Agent ready to make the move into buyers advocacy? Working closely with clients throughout the entire purchasing journey, you'll source on and off-market opportunities, conduct property inspections and due diligence, negotiate purchases and build strong relationships with selling agents. About the role:
As a Buyers Agent, you'll represent clients from their initial property brief through to purchase and settlement, providing expert guidance and exceptional service throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Represent buyers throughout the entire property purchasing journey
- Source on and off-market property opportunities
- Conduct property inspections and due diligence
- Assess properties against individual client briefs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with selling agents
- Negotiate property purchases on behalf of clients
- Keep clients informed and supported throughout the acquisition process
- Develop and maintain a strong network across the Sydney property market
- Provide exceptional client service from initial brief through to settlement
Skills & experience
- Previous experience as a Buyers Agent or a successful Residential Sales Agent looking to transition into buyers advocacy
- Current NSW Class 1 Real Estate Licence – essential
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confidence communicating with clients, agents and industry professionals
- A self-motivated, driven and commercially minded approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for property and delivering outstanding client outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
