Our clients are looking for reliable, experienced factory and site based cabinet makers, shopfitters and joiners. On-going, casual and fulltime work.

• Multiple roles across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast
• Both full-time and casual positions available

About the Roles:

1. Cabinet making & joinery: Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry, joinery and commercial fit-out components for residential, retail, hospitality and large-scale commercial projects.

2. Workshop production: Interpret plans and cutting lists, operate woodworking machinery and complete assembly work to required specifications and quality standards.

3. Shopfitting & joinery installation: Install cabinetry, joinery, wall panelling, shopfronts, reception desks, display units and other custom-built fit-out components on site.

4. Site-based fit-outs: Carry out on-site installation works across commercial fit-outs, retail refurbishments, office spaces, education facilities and high-end residential projects.

5. Factory hand duties: Assist with material handling, assembly, edging, machining, packing, loading and general workshop operations to support production schedules.

6. Leading hand responsibilities: Coordinate daily workshop activities, oversee production teams, allocate work tasks and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.

7. Use of tools & machinery: Operate hand tools, power tools, panel saws, edge banders, CNC machinery and other workshop equipment in accordance with safety procedures.

8. Reading plans & specifications: Interpret drawings, plans and technical specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing and installation outcomes.

9. Quality workmanship: Maintain high-quality finishes, attention to detail and workmanship standards throughout manufacturing and installation processes.

10. Safety & housekeeping: Follow workplace safety procedures, conduct equipment checks and maintain a clean, organised and efficient workshop or site environment.

Requirements:

• Cabinet Making / Joinery Experience
• Shopfitting or Commercial Fit-Out Experience
• Ability to Read and Interpret Drawings
• Experience with Hand & Power Tools
• Factory or Workshop Experience
• Installation Experience (for site-based roles)
• Trade Qualification Highly Regarded
• Construction White Card (Installers)
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Reliable & Punctual
• Current Driver's Licence
• Reliable Transport

Rates & Benefits:

• Leadership / Leading Hand Roles: $45 - $50 p/hour + superannuation
• On-Site Installers / Shopfitters: $45 - $55 p/hour + superannuation
• Qualified Cabinet Makers / Joiners: $35 - $45 p/hour + superannuation
• Weekly Pay
