Your Day-to-Day:
- Educate and care for children aged 0-5 in nurturing, play-based environments.
- Lead and support meaningful learning experiences for your assigned group of children.
- Collaborate with centre teams to create and deliver inspiring educational programs.
- Step in when needed to cover staff absences, lunch breaks, and leave - and be a reliable helping hand.
- Contribute to the observation and documentation of children's development.
- Learn something new every day by working in different centres and environments.
What you need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care .
- Valid Blue card for paid employment
- Food Handling Certificate
- National Police check
- Minimum 2 days of availability per week, with flexibility for occasional short-notice shifts.
- A warm, energetic attitude with strong communication skills and a love for working with children.
- Willingness to undertake mandatory National Child Safety training
- Reliability and adaptability - ready to thrive in new environments and support different teams.
