About the Role

This rewarding role supports the delivery of services that help older members of our community remain independent, connected and safe in their own homes.

You will assist with a variety of activities, including:

  • Coordinating and facilitating social support programs and activities
  • Packing and delivering meals to seniors
  • Providing administrative support
  • Assisting with the recruitment and support of volunteers
  • Contributing to community initiatives that enhance wellbeing and social connection

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A genuine passion for supporting older people and contributing to positive community outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A current Class C Driver’s Licence
  • The ability to obtain a satisfactory Criminal History Check

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a community services, aged care, support worker or similar role
  • Experience assisting with community programs, events, activities or projects
  • A current First Aid Certificate
