About the Role
We are currently seeking a Casual Pharmacist in Charge to join our supportive and collaborative team to work on-going shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys supporting a team while delivering exceptional healthcare services to the local community.

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring professional standards are maintained while supporting your team to provide outstanding customer care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Pharmacist Manager and team in the daily operation of the pharmacy
- Ensuring the accurate and safe dispensing of medications
- Providing professional healthcare advice and counselling patients on the quality use of medicines
- Delivering professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations and other clinical services where applicable
- Managing dispensary workflow to ensure efficient and compliant operations
- Maintaining compliance with all pharmacy legislation, professional standards, and company policies
- Building strong relationships with customers and local healthcare providers
- Supporting the achievement of pharmacy service, professional care, and business objectives
About You
Whether you are an experienced pharmacist or a newly registered pharmacist who is ready to kickstart their pharmacy career, this role is for you!

Ideally, you will have:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
- Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prepared to work as a pharmacist in charge at times (with training provided)
- Availability for additional shifts (when required)
- Availability for evening shifts (up to 8pm)
