About the role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Casual Sales Associates to work at our Cancer Council store located at Miranda. As a sales associate you will be operationally savvy and excel in providing customers with exceptional support and a consistently memorable shopping experience.
Our stores are all about sun protection, with an extensive range of hats, swimwear, sunscreen and of course sunglasses. Fun Fact: Cancer Council sells more sunglasses within Australia yearly than any other brand (calculated by unit sales).
Responsibilities
- Provide a memorable shopping experience by employing exceptional levels of customer service.
- Support store operations
- Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI’s – Our profit goes back into support cancer research!
Your skills and experience
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills with a customer first approach.
- Collaborative team player
- Is confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions when required
- Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends.
- Be passionate, energetic and bring your whole self to be part of a great team
