Casual Retail Sales Assistant - Penrith

The casual role

Snooze Penrith is seeking a reliable, experienced Casual Sales Assistant with a confident approach, an authentic manner, and the ability to build strong relationships while providing expert sleep solutions to our customers.

Sales experience is preferred. To be considered for this role, you must hold a current driver’s licence and be available to work across weekdays, including late-night trade on Thursday evenings.

At Snooze, you will

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service

• Build rapport and foster positive, long-term customer relationships

• Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers and working across the sales floor

You will bring

• A genuine ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to perform well in a fast-paced retail environment

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

• Availability to work weekdays and Thursday late-night trade

• A current driver’s licence

• The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
