Lime Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Change Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program within a large Queensland organisation.
This role sits within a data and reporting transformation initiative focused on improving how enterprise data is structured, accessed and used across the business. You'll work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and reporting users to ensure successful adoption of new reporting capabilities and data changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments across users, processes and reporting
- Identify impacted stakeholder groups and business areas
- Facilitate impact discovery workshops
- Coordinate communications and change activities
- Support business readiness assessments
- Coordinate training activities with BAU teams
- Monitor adoption and post implementation support activities
- Develop business facing communications and change artefacts
Required Experience
- Previous Change Analyst experience within large enterprise environments
- Experience supporting business, data or reporting transformation programs
- Strong change impact assessment and business readiness experience
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder analysis experience
- Communications and training coordination experience
- Experience translating technical changes into business impacts
Highly Regarded
- Power BI transformation experience
- Data migration or reporting rationalisation projects
- Enterprise analytics or data platform programs
- SharePoint communications experience
