We’re seeking a Change Analyst to join a high-profile ERP transformation program and support the successful delivery of key SAP initiatives. Working closely with business and project stakeholders, you’ll lead change, communication, training, and readiness activities across Asset & Inventory Management and the broader SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments
- Business readiness planning and delivery
- Communications strategy and campaign development
- Training needs analysis and learning support
- Change Network coordination
- Cutover, go-live and post-implementation support
- SharePoint content management
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in change management, communications and business readiness
- Strong ERP transformation experience
- SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA project exposure
- Asset Management or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive engagement across large organisations
- Experience working within agile delivery environments
Nice to Have
- Prosci, CCMP or similar Change Management certification
