- Develop change strategies that support successful business initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder, impact and readiness assessments across programs
- Create communication, training and engagement plans for change
- Partner with leaders to manage adoption and address resistance
- Measure change outcomes and provide practical improvement insights
- Coach leaders and stakeholders through periods of change
What you'll need to succeed
You’re a collaborative change professional who can bring people together, build trust and translate complex change into practical actions.
- Experienced in organisational change and transformation environments
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across varied audiences
- Strong capability in communication, facilitation and engagement
- Ability to identify risks and develop practical mitigation plans
- Experienced delivering learning and change adoption activities
- Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams
