THE COMPANY
Our client is creating a truly unique hospitality experience, bringing together exceptional food, premium wines and genuine country hospitality in one breathtaking destination. With a focus on locally sourced produce, Mediterranean-inspired flavours and unforgettable guest experiences, this is an opportunity to join a passionate team committed to culinary excellence.
As the venue continues to grow, they are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie who is eager to develop their skills within a high-quality kitchen that values creativity, teamwork and consistency.
THE ROLE
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll take ownership of your section while producing high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail. You'll be part of a collaborative brigade that prides itself on delivering exceptional dining experiences, while continuing to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Ideally you will have worked with and cooked Wood Fired Pizzas also.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated chef looking to further their career within a premium regional venue.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- Experience in quality restaurants, hotels or premium hospitality venues
- Passion for fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce – Wood Fired Pizza Experience sought after
- Strong organisational skills and ability to run your own section
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn & excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Sound understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Full Australian working rights
