exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Cooks and Chefs to
join our dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes, especially South Indian cuisine
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
Assist in menu planning and development
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
Requirements
Relevant qualification (Certificate III/ IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine (South Indian experience preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
