- Technology cost transparency and vendor discipline

The successful candidate will bring a pragmatic and hands-on approach, with the ability to balance strategic direction with operational delivery.
About You
You are a commercially minded technology leader with strong financial discipline and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. You bring credibility across both executive and operational stakeholders and are comfortable navigating complexity in a multi-divisional environment.
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience operating at CIO or equivalent level
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align technology to business performance
- Experience leading through operating model resets and organisational change
- A track record in cost optimisation, vendor management and investment prioritisation
- Exposure to M&A environments and integration activity
- Experience within complex, customer-facing organisations
- Industry background in tourism, retail, FMCG or consumer-led businesses will be highly regarded
This role requires a visible and accountable leader - someone who can make tough decisions, build stakeholder confidence and deliver outcomes with clarity and focus.
