We are currently seeking experienced Civil Engineering professionals for multiple contract opportunities supporting major sustaining capital and civil infrastructure programs within the resources sector.

These opportunities span civil design leadership, project engineering and construction execution, providing options for experienced engineers across both Brisbane and Gladstone.

Current Opportunities

Project Lead – Civil Design | Brisbane or Gladstone
Lead the development and technical assurance of major civil infrastructure designs, including annual wall raise programs. This role will suit an experienced Civil Engineer with strong design management, consultant management and technical leadership experience.

Project Lead – Senior Civil Design | Brisbane or Gladstone
A senior technical leadership opportunity responsible for civil design development, long-term infrastructure planning, engineering consultant management and design governance across complex residue management infrastructure.

Project Lead – Execution / Self-Perform | Gladstone
A site-focused leadership role responsible for the execution of major self-performed civil earthworks. You will work closely with construction, engineering and operational teams and oversee execution planning, scheduling, cost forecasting, procurement, QA, safety and contractor performance.

Project Engineer | Gladstone
Support the planning and execution of major civil earthworks projects from detailed planning through to completion. Responsibilities include project controls, field engineering, procurement, construction coordination, cost and schedule management, quality and stakeholder engagement.

About You
Depending on the position, we are interested in candidates with experience across:

• Major civil infrastructure and mining projects
• Bulk earthworks and embankment construction
• Tailings, dams, water storage or residue management infrastructure
• Civil design and technical assurance
• Design and engineering consultant management
• Construction and project execution
• Project controls, scheduling and cost management
• Procurement and contractor management
• Risk, quality and safety management
• Sustaining capital projects within mining or heavy industry

A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
For our senior Project Lead opportunities, RPEQ or equivalent professional accreditation is highly regarded, along with previous experience working within owner's teams and major mining/resources environments.

Please note that some positions are site-based in Gladstone, while Civil Design leadership opportunities may be based in either Brisbane or Gladstone.

Rates $60–$100 per hour + super, depending on the position, experience and technical capability.
