The Civil Infrastructure Assets Coordinator will be responsible for managing a team of nine professionals with an asset management and engineering focus:
- Asset Management – roads, footpaths, stormwater (capital program identification & scoping, asset register, condition assessment, capitalisation)
- Maintenance Work Selection – roads, footpaths, stormwater (populate defect register, create work orders which Works Depot then schedules & completes).
- Floodplain Engineering (flood studies & management plans, development referrals)
- Traffic Engineering (signage, linemarking & traffic facilities, development referrals)
Essential:
- Degree level qualification or higher in Engineering (Civil) or related discipline with demonstrated experience in construction, maintenance or asset management of road and drainage assets.
