CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for both short-term and long-term road and subdivision projects in the Rockhampton region.
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Civil Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting civil construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Trenching, backfilling, and compacting materials
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Pipe laying, concreting and other civil infrastructure tasks
- Setting up temporary fencing and signage
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
Benefits
- Pay: $37-40/hour + Penalties (rates are inclusive of travel)

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Current Drivers Licence
- Blue/White Construction card
- Civil Labouring tickets desirable eg. Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters, EWP, Gas Test, Quick Cut etc.
- Proven experience as a civil labourer
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
