Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking experienced CW2 Civil Labourers to join a leading civil contractor working across major subdivision and civil construction projects in Toowoomba.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable labourer looking for ongoing local work, consistent hours and genuine career progression.
What We Offer
- $38.74/hr (CW2) + Super + Meal Allowance + Travel Allowance + Penalties
- Ongoing work across Toowoomba

- Upskilling opportunities on Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Moxy and Excavator
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Pay and performance reviews at 3 and 6 months
- Genuine progression into Machine Operator and Leading Hand roles
Your Day-to-Day Duties
- General civil labouring across subdivision and earthworks projects
- Assisting with trenching, drainage, pits and pipe
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Assisting excavator and other plant operators
- Spotting machinery and working around heavy plant
- Installing conduits and assisting with underground services
- Operating plant where appropriately ticketed
- Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
What You'll Need
- Previous civil or subdivision experience
- White Card – essential
- Relevant machine tickets/VOCs highly regarded
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong commitment to safety
The Opportunity

This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity with performance reviews at 3 and 6 months, with the potential for pay increases and progression as you achieve key milestones.
