What you'll bring
We're looking for leaders with a proven track record, not just potential. You'll bring:
- Established people leadership in insurance or banking, ideally leading teams through change
- Experience leading in claims, complaints, customer resolution or a similar regulated environment (personal injury, CTP, life insurance or workers compensation experience is highly regarded)
- The ability to balance empathy with accountability when decisions are difficult
- Confidence using data and insights to lift team performance
