The Role

You may be required to work outside the normal 8.30am to 5pm at times dependant on business requirements.

Duties

•       Process outcome claims in a timely manner for all our contracts.

•       Meet quality standards for claims processing.

•       Coach, advise and mentor staff in relation to claims processing.

•       Analyse data and results to optimise performance.

•       Assist with preparation of reports.

•       Interpret and apply processes, policies, and guidelines.

•       Collaborate with staff to find a solution focused approach to achieve claims.

To be competent in this position you will have.

•         The ability to interpret and apply processes, policies and guidelines effectively

•         Capability to review documentary evidence in line with relevant processes and guidelines,

•         Ability to coach and advise others on claims matters,

•         High level data entry skills and attention to detail,

•         Great interpersonal skills that allow you to engage and build relationships with all staff across the organisation,

•         An ability to manage your time effectively to ensure strict time frames are met.

•         Experience processing claims in the Employment Services Industry, Inclusive Employment Australia or Workforce Australia contract would be highly regarded.

•         Experience in Employment Services will also be highly regarded.

•         Confident in using MS Excel to intermediate level
